PayAxis Technologies Limited is registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under number 14297 and is the Controller for the personal data described in this notice. Its registered office is GA-00-SZ-L1-RT-208, Level 1, Gate Avenue, South Zone, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. PayAxis develops software for cross-border business payments. Payments are not currently available through PayAxis.
For privacy questions or to exercise a right, email privacy@payaxis.co or write to the registered office above. You do not need an account to use either method. PayAxis has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Sina Habibi is the internal privacy owner.
Customer accounts, supplier-payment workflows, verification, screening and provider execution are not covered by this notice and are not currently available. A separate customer and payee notice will apply before those activities are activated.

PayAxis does not use the personal data covered by this notice for direct marketing.
You do not have to provide personal data to browse the website. If you contact us, we need your contact details to reply. Taking part in research is voluntary.
PayAxis does not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Our current material providers are named in our provider list at www.payaxis.co/privacy/providers, which we update when they change.
We may transfer personal data outside the DIFC where the recipient is located in a jurisdiction recognised by the DIFC Commissioner as providing adequate protection, including the European Economic Area and California, or where another transfer mechanism permitted by Articles 26 or 27 applies. Where our service providers appoint subprocessors, they are required to protect personal data under applicable contractual and legal requirements. You may contact privacy@payaxis.co for information about the mechanism relevant to your personal data.
Website request logs held by our hosting provider are kept for one day. General enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Participant-level research records are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact; only anonymised findings are retained after that. Longer retention applies only where a contract, legal obligation, dispute or documented legal hold requires it.
The homepage and public information pages of www.payaxis.co do not set cookies in our deployed test (27 September 2026). The sign-in and sign-up pages, used by invited account holders, use cookies from our sign-in provider that are necessary to sign in and keep accounts secure.

These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the DIFC Data Protection Law. Use either contact method in section 1. PayAxis normally responds without charge within one month. If a request is particularly complex or requests are numerous, PayAxis may extend by a further two months and will tell you within the first month.
PayAxis maintains access-control, encryption, data-minimisation and incident-response measures proportionate to the information processed. PayAxis does not use the personal data covered by this notice to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
PayAxis may update this notice when its website, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date are published at www.payaxis.co/privacy.
