PayAxisDisclosures

Roles & fees

PayAxis develops software. If payment services become available, regulated financial services would be performed by appropriately licensed providers. This page sets out the intended roles, and how each would be paid. Payments are not currently available through PayAxis.

What PayAxis's software is designed to do

  • Supplier and invoice workflow
  • Internal user permissions and maker-checker approvals
  • Transmission and display of provider-supplied information
  • Transaction status, records and reporting
  • Reconciliation and audit support

What licensed providers would do

  • Customer onboarding, KYC, AML and sanctions controls
  • Independent transaction acceptance
  • Receipt and control of customer funds
  • FX, money transmission and local payout

PayAxis does not receive, hold or control customer money, and does not earn interest on, or use, customer funds. PayAxis has no signing rights, withdrawal rights or independent authority to redirect payments.

Fees

PayAxis expects to charge a separately disclosed platform fee if its paid software functionality is launched. No platform fee is currently offered or payable. If payment execution becomes available, regulated payment and foreign-exchange services would be provided by an appropriately licensed provider under that provider’s own agreement. The respective roles, fees and provider charges will be disclosed once the relevant provider arrangements and pricing have been agreed.
